The hearing in Comilla and Narail cases ended, order is due tomorrow

The High Court has fixed the date for the order on Monday for three applications filed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia for bail in two cases filed in Comilla for defamation and defamation charges against Narayani. The High Court bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice JBM Hassan fixed the date for hearing on the hearing on Sunday.

Zia Orphanage Trust, convicted in corruption case, has been lodged in Nazimuddin Road jail of Old Dhaka since February 8. Khaleda Zia is in jail in Old Dhaka. Khaleda Zia's lawyer Moudud Ahmed said that there was some obstacle in the release of BNP chairperson.
