The amount of this type of stuff in the food and photography topics alone is enough to make we want to swear off Steemit for good. But then, I always find those few well put-together original posts that make up for it, for me anyways.

At least there have been concerted efforts from several different fronts to cut-off the payouts for that type of crap. Hopefully, they'll be successful enough over time that this type of theft will become unprofitable.
