Life gets in the way

in #blog7 years ago

A couple of months ago I vowed to post regularly, however as the saying goes 'Life got in the way'. Sadly an aunt of mine died and my sister was suddenly taken seriously ill but now thankfully out of hospital and on the mend. Other family situations also demanded attention.

Now, however Christmas has been and gone and we are into a New Year, full of promise and potential. Thoughts turn to plans for the garden and the house, making sure we allow for 'family time' and how we can improve the poultry business.

Over the Holiday period despite the dreadful weather we took time out to enjoy the beautiful area we are lucky enough to live in. We live close to the coast and also in an estuary town and enjoy the wild bird life both habitats have to offer.

The tidal estuary - Kingsbridge perfect for wading birds and waterfowl.
