Did you find out from your son if the parents of the girl were even there? I would bet money they were probably gone and that is why she had the party! I grew up in the country, so peeing on a bush isn't that big of a deal, but if it were a ton of kids, that could get gross. Too bad the cops didn't happen to be out patrolling or something...
