The introduction.

Hello all,

I have, in the past few years, ive been writing short stories around a character i have created - an alterego should we say. I would like to begin sharing it with everyone here, starting with a few short stories, unconnected stories. I would like you all to know my character before we set off on his true adventure.

This story is based in a different timeline to our own, a different world, in fact. A fantasy world, featuring some things, creatures and characters you could expect in a fantasy world, as well as those you wouldn't. This world is old, there are a plethora of races. This world is vast, many of the races are yet to make contact with each other. In times of great change, our main character must make his way in this world, although his circumstances are slightly different from those around him, he must endure life's struggles much like everyone else.
