Major slacking on my fitness!
Hi,
I've been slacking on the fitness, I don't think I've picked up my bar or done any crunches since my last post.
I have however been walking to town a few times a week, the first few times I struggled however it has gotten easier, I still like to stop for a glass of water when I get there but more of a just in case.
My bike is still at the repair shop, I really should chase up but I'm benefiting from the walks.
I've been eating a little healthier, at least not so many snacks. I discovered porridge and am using eggs more. More down to trying to keep costs down
I think if I restart the weights and crunches I'll be looking and feeling much fitter!
