How to gain self confidence
Today I wanted to write about self confidence, something really important for all of us, so I hope you all enjoy this post about how to gain self confidence and never lose it ;)

You're unique
Don't compare your self with other people, you're unique and special your own way and should remind that every day of your life.
Take some time for you
Have a good time, go read a book you love, surrouding yourself by people you love even if you don't have friends, go for a walk by yourself, take a long bath but take some time for yourself.
Cut toxic people out of your life
Nobody should makes you feel insecure or worthless, you don't need that kind of people in your life...Concentrate in yourself and the people who loves you.
Take care of yourself
Take care of your hair, made a skincare routine, made a gym routine... If you want to feel good mentally you should feel good physically too.
Not everybody will likes you
You have to accept that not everybody will like you and that's okay, just concentrate in yourself and the people who really likes you and loves you that's all that matters.

Not everyone likes me? True, haha, but hard to digest. That is why it is vital to focus on each moment on the people and the lessons around us each step at a time.
Good one @catherinemds 👍 As soon as we start getting a gist of what is happening around us, we start looking up to others to tell us who we are: my name, my talents, my shortcomings, how good or bad I am, even my date of birth! As we grow up, instead of asking others about our worthiness, we can mature up a bit and ask ourselves, instead of looking for the answers out there, we can try looking in to find out for ourselves. Nobody knows "who am I" anyways, and even the people who wish the very best for me still see me through their own very warped prism
