Hello friends cinephiles! I present another retro-movie to relive those good memories of those movies and that marked a beautiful time and the nostalgia it represents. I saw this movie when I was a child once, so I did not have another chance to see it again.
Today I will share "Enemy Mine", is a movie science fiction of 1985 based on the story of the same title by Barry B. Longyear. This starring Dennis Quaid and Louis Gossett Jr.
Synopsis
Humans and the Dracs (a kind of alien reptiles) are in interstellar war, pilot Willis Davidge (Dennis Quaid) crashes on a desolate and dangerous planet but at the same time crashes the pilot Drac Jeriba "Jerry" Shigan (Louis Gossett Jr.), both for being enemies they try to kill themselves but they realize that to survive in that planet is much more important so soon they become friends to survive.
Some curiosities:
*It was nominated for the Saturn awards for best film but that year the winner was Back to the Future. It was also nominated for best makeup and best actor to Louis Gossett Jr., but was not a winner.
*It is a classic of science fiction and today a cult film, which was a box office failure at the time.
*It was nominated for the Hugo Award, which it did not get either.
*Bumper Robinson received nomination for Best Newcomer at the Young Artist Award.

Hola amigos cinefilos les presento otra retro-movie para revivir esos buenos recuerdos de aquellas peliculas y que marcaron una hermosa epoca y la nostalgia que representa. Esta pelicula la vi cuando era un niño una sola vez por lo que no tuve otra oportunidad de verla de nuevo.
El dia de hoy compartire "Enemigo Mio", es una película de ciencia ficción de 1985 basada en la historia del mismo título por Barry B. Longyear. Esta protagonizada por Dennis Quaid y Louis Gossett Jr.
Sinopsis
los humanos y los Dracs (una especie de reptiles alienigenas) se encuentran en guerra interestelar, el piloto Willis Davidge (Dennis Quaid) se estrella en un planeta desolado y peligroso pero al mismo tiempo se estrella el piloto Drac Jeriba "Jerry" Shigan (Louis Gossett Jr.), ambos por ser enemigos intentan matarse pero se dan cuenta que sobrevivir en ese planeta es mucho mas importante asi que pronto se hacen amigos para sobrevivir.
Algunas curiosidades:
*Fue nominada a los premios Saturn como mejor pelicula pero ese año la ganadora fue Back to the Future. Tambien fue nominada a mejor maquillaje y mejor actor a Louis Gossett Jr, pero no fue ganadora.
*Es un clásico de la ciencia-ficción y hoy un filme de culto, que fue un fracaso en taquilla en su momento.
*Fue nominada al Premio Hugo, que tampoco consiguió.
*Bumper Robinson recibió nominación a mejor actor revelación en los Young Artist Award.
