Material :
1 crab
250 ml broth
1 tsp curry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tomato, cut into pieces
1/2 cabbage, roughly chopped
250 g yellow noodles
1 spring onion, cut into 3 cm
1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
salt
sugar
mushroom broth
Ground spices:
8 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chili
5 pieces of red chili
3 cm turmeric
2 cardamom grains
1/2 tsp cumin

cucumber slices
pickled onions

How to make :
Turn off the crab, wash it clean. Bring enough water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add crab, cook until it changes color. Remove crab, drain.
Fine Seasoning: Put all the seasoning ingredients in a blender. Add a little oil, process until smooth.
Pour into the pan. Cook until boiling and spices are cooked.
Pour the broth, add the boiled crab.
Season with curry spices and ground pepper.
Add cabbage, scallions, tomatoes and noodles. Stir well until boiling.
Turn off the heat, put the noodles and crab on a serving plate.
Provide complementary materials. Serve warm.
