Day 8 - Training level 8

Day 8.jpg
Good morning my dears. Today I had many changes, it was a very difficult training, I will tell the details.

Changes

Probably I did not tell, but I usually go to work out in the afternoon, about 2 hours after lunch or so.

At this time I'm already wide awake, fed and ready to train.
Talevz I need to change my workout schedule in the morning. And today was my first test.

But I did some things wrong and that influenced my training.
First, I woke up late at 7am, had coffee that was not strengthened, and 7:40 was already starting to train.

I was wide awake, but I was feeling a little weak, as if I'd had breakfast two minutes ago.

For now these were the changes. Now let's go to the workout.

Day 8 - Workout Level 8

Training Highlights

Pull Ups

Today was added an extra set. Before it was 4 today was 5, and we doubled the amount of repetitions that previously was 4. and today was 8.

It increased the difficulty well, in the last set, I could not do 8 repetitions, I completed only 6.

Pull Up Burnout 1

Early on we had the FIRST burnout of the day. After pulling the Australian Pull Ups to my fullest, I moved on to the next non-stop Pull Up Static Hold, and was able to complete only 2 reps. Very difficult!

7 Seconds Up, 7 Seconds Down

This exercise is still insane, it's one of the hardest I've done since I started, and unfortunately I was not at my best today, I did the least I could.

Push Burnout 1

And here we go for the second burnout. The biggest difficulty here was to go from Regular Push Up to Wide Push Up, I did only 5 reps of the wide. After finishing this burnout I was dead, really fatigued.

Jumping Squats

An excellent workout, but it almost made me give up. When I finished the first set, I wanted to stop and go home. It made me very tired and I also did the minimum requested.

Legs Burnout 1

Imagine with me, I was already tired. Before going to burnout I had already done squats. And to get my body to the max, plus one set of the maximum I could do, followed by Wall Sit at the most as well. My heart was a thousand an hour. I completed miracle myself, I do not know where I got my strength.

Knee Raises

No mystery, but because it was already at my limit, it was a bit difficult.

Core Burnout 1

To end with the golden key, another burnout. This time from the core. Of all this was the easiest, but when I finished it I had to lie down for a while, until I recovered.

My Opinion on Today's Workout

The exercise and circuit itself is excellent. But I'm very upset with myself, for not giving my best, i almost failed!

I have to understand that from now on it will be even more difficult, so to rest for the next few days.

I can even fail and go back to some levels, but I will not give up!
