Super Speedy Super Healing Super Powers Super Progress!

in #blog7 years ago

Today is a very divinely special day for me (as I coincidentally just now noticed, as I began writing this post (even though I'm taking long to actually finish and post it, haha)), because exactly 12 hours ago (at 4:20 a.m. haha!), I made an epic first (literal) STEP in my healing!!!

Thus super inspiring me to write this post for today! So I can catch up on Steemit with my healing journey as it exponentially improves significantly every day always getting better in every way!!!! :)

Sending a "greetings selfie" to Lucca all the way in Tasmania, Australia! x)

This morning before going to sleep around 4 a.m. I decided not to put comfrey on that night (which is only like the 2nd time I don't use comfrey since the cast came off).

Taking the wrap off so I could sleep with crystals directly around my ankle instead for the first time! (Which felt great to wake up with the next morning!)

I was doing lots of stretching and swinging my arms and torso around on my bed, while practicing breathing and bending my back, laying and rolling around, sliding around, off the bed, into headstands and handstands and regaining my ease to do the bridge! All super intentionally gently and carefully of course!

I have been getting more and more use to placing my foot on the floor without it hurting, whether standing or sitting, and stretching my hips and legs in that position, though usually have to lean on my left almost completely... when I randomly decided to try to putting some extra pressure on my foot to see how it was healing. To my surprise it didn't hurt at all when I leaned on it normally as I would stand on both feet!

Of course I didn't just drop all my weight on it, but gradually and slowly kept adding more and more pressure on it as I slowly let go with my hands until I wasn't holding on to anything, and standing perfectly still and straight!

I barely stood for maybe 20-30 seconds, and managed to do it twice! (I REALLY don't want to over do it by accident, so I'm taking it slow and feeling it out more each day!)

I stood once with my legs pretty wide apart, and afterwards with my feet slightly wider than shoulder width distance. I'm so happy and got extremely excited in the moment! Especially as that was the first time since before the surgery that I have been able to stand like that again! <3

I thought it was very interesting that my first time standing again, even though it was brief, it happened at exactly 4:20 a.m.!  Especially since in the beginning right after my surgery, as well as before and after Lucca left, I had been telling him how almost every time I looked at the time it was 4:20... (O_o)

Well now, in order to recap the healing in other visible ways all the way from my healing since my previous healing related post (3 weeks ago?!). Hehe whoa, time flies when enjoying life!

I've been taking pictures pretty much every single day of as much as I felt inspired, especially since I was reminded that would be a good idea! Which worked out great for the incoming super healing gif(t)s! That way I don't have to post 60 pictures in one post either haha.

However, continuing from the last posts topic, about my comfrey medicine and crystal healing! So I will start with a short recap of how I transformed it even more once again into an even MORE SUPER EPIC HEALING MEDICINE UPGRADE!

Starting off with this amazingly divine SUPER HEALING poultice! Since my previous turmeric mix ran out, and my mom didn't like the excessive yellowness that poured out from the turmeric, I decided to just add a little bit of curry to my mix instead! :)

A few days later my sister got a clay powder made of 'pink kaolin - illite clay', and 'Rhassoul (Moroccan lava) clay' which sounded like some great quality earth! While I was also considering adding some pearl powder I had from before too.. and decided to add all 3 mixed in with some more essential oils! (Pine, cedar wood, cypress, and helichrysum oils!) As well as more wild harvest comfrey tincture! And most importantly, lots of LOVE!! <3

It feels SOOOOOOO GOOD every time I apply it, pretty instantly making a big difference! I think it's also made a humongous difference in the way my scars have been healing as from most surgical scars I've seen they always leave a big rough bumpy lump of hard tense scar tissue! While mine are turning out extreeeeemely smooth and soft! :)

It can get quite messy! Hehe.

I even tried out my old "boot" foot/ankle wrap that I got the first time I saw the doctor about my ancient injury about a year and a half ago...

It turned out to be a lot harder to put on since my flexibility isn't back yet, and super tight, with no room for the comfrey wraps... so I haven't worn it again since that day, but it was relatively comfortable while I had it on! (The only other day I didn't use comfrey for as long as today.)

This is what I sleep with underneath my pillow every night! Though I usually always take about half of them, all the smaller pieces, and place them in my boot around my ankle and leg over night! <3

This crystal pillow is amazing for resting better and especially dreaming more and more vividly and lucidly every night!! <3

Now for the super healing gif(t)s!!!!

I will also add a picture from today for comparison with the daily pics from the gifs!

Starting with the main scar, where the operating arthroscope went in! (They had to make the incision bigger in order to reach all the angles of the injury as it was nearly 2cm wide and relatively deep...)

Super speedy healing like the gif! Hehe!

What it looks like today!

Here is the opposite side where the camera arthroscope went in! Tiny button size hole just to get deep in there and see the real deal, in order to operate successfully with minimal invasiveness!

This one is definitely healing the fastest, as it's nothing compared to the other two!

So interesting to feel exactly where the pathway this arthroscopic camera went through in order to get into my ankle joint as I'm rehabilitating my ankles movement and strength!!

And for last, my hip, where they also went in with an arthroscopic device in order to see and extract a piece of soft bone from a specific spot in my hip in order to fill the hole in my ankle!

Thanks to the comfrey this one has actually debatably healed faster than the button sized hole!!! As it stopped bothering me entirely a while ago and amazingly feels as if nothing ever even happened there! O:

And what it looks like today! Super smooth, healing divinely as the doctor (and I felt,) said and knew it would! :)

At least something good came from your broken ankle. You are a healer making his own medicine.
It must be frustrating not to be able to do basically anything, aspecialy when you anjoy climbing the trees so much. I’m certain next time you reconsider braking your leg.

Hahahah MANY GOOD THINGS CAME OF IT!! :)
It's been a tremendous learning experience, and once it's healed the learning won't stop of course! Hehe

Thank you for pointing that out! I really appreciate that, I didn't even consider myself that much of a healer, but I guess I really am and need to be now!!! Hahah, I guess that good came more from from the surgery though, because before that I had NO IDEA how to heal properly! Hehehe

I thought and imagined it would be frustrating as it would appear to be because of my passions, but I am surprisingly at peace and super happy enjoying the ride as I constantly exponentially learn new things and experience life threw an entirely new perspective!!!

Though that's not to say that still, I AM SUPER EXCITED TO GET BACK TO CLIMBING TREES!!!!!! Hehehe <3
Definitely will be WAAAAAAY more careful as that was one of the first things I learned actually after my fall since that was still my priority and focus, I had to learn to climb EXTRA SAFE & CAREFULLY!!!

LOL here is a video I found that I hadn't seen (until yesterday) from less than a week after having freshly shattered my ankle, of me climbing a waterfall, because clearly it took me all this time to learn the lessons I didn't know then! Hehehe (For more info about that day I wrote a short bit about that experience in the video!) <3

Thank you so much @milano1113 for the consistent positivity and for support in all my endeavors and stories!!! <3 Much love and may all be well! <3

Great response to my comment. I assume this crazy “in a good way” guy is you. Did you eventually jump?

Hahahah of course, the "craziest" xD
Though I didn't jump except from a foot high xD
(As it would've hurt way too much for the impact landing, plus I still had a fear of jumping from high places, which I weirdly overcame more while I had the injury than I was able too before, same with doing flips xD I'm super excited to finally play around with these newly over come fears after healing so much!!)

In order to get to that spot I climbed in the video, I had to walk/limp from where we parked our car, across the bridge, down some stairs to where they filmed, then swim across, climb up the waterfall, up a tree over the waterfall, then down the opposite side where I climbed up... and in order to avoid walking that entire ways back, I decided to climb up another cliff where the bridge was, while passing through a bunch of thorny bushes in order to complete my shortcut which seemed insanely ridiculous to everyone else... regardless, that was the "easy" way for the state my ankle was in!

Super power super healing!! How long has it been since you've climbed a tree?? 💛💚💛💚💛💚

Great post man!

very extensive and a powerful and valuable message!

I would recommend breaking such posts into two because one its a little long for most people and two you could get two posts out of it which is 2x rewards for basically the same amount of work. Fro example just make one post on how to make the paste and apply it, then link to that post in ur post about healing and mentioning how the paste was a huge factor etc.

Thanks so much @QuinnEaker! <3 Always greatly appreciate everything you share! <3

Yesssss, hahaha very extensive and super valuable!!!!
My friends whom have also suffered injuries are messaging me on FB about what they are appreciating and learning through my posts about my healing learning journey! <3
And I'm trying to get them all to hop aboard the Steemtrain too!! :P Hahaha

I thought a lot about breaking it down as most of my posts tend to be quite long hehe. I know I could've easily broken this one down into at least 2, 3 or maybe even 4 or more parts... and technically I actually did in order to have 2 parts (coming soon!). Though that was mainly because I had a serious intention and focus while making this post, and didn't want to overly extend it with a fun story which will be the "second part" hehe! <3

I'm not super focused on the payout reward (at least for now) even though I extremely appreciate and am really grateful for @SaraMiller (and her 100% votes x) as I know she uses her votes to support many other super valuable posts! So I also don't want to abuse her voting power either!
(Since that's currently the primary main source for the payout rewards I'm receiving from the majority/all of my posts (for now at least!)).
Although the reward from her vote alone is honestly already a super great motivational helper for me to keep up with my posts more consistently!

Nice post.I respect you very much because you contribute to steemit.I will do activities like you.I would like to extend the steemit.

I appreciate your appreciation!

Get well soon man. here some chilled music for ya - check ( Ben Harper - Please me like you want to ) on youtube

Thanks! Healing as optimally as I can! More important than how long it takes :)
Post a link? There's a lot of Ben Harper's on youtube haha

Very very very interesting man. Wish you the best, lots of health!

Thanks brother! <3
Lots of love and health!

it was truly interesting seeing all your crystals, mostly because i'm learning about them. My girlfriend just gave me a Pyrite rock in my birthday some days go and i am all excited haha.

IMG-4425.JPG

Yessssss crystals are divine energetic healers! Most of my life I was taught to believe they were nothing more than just beautiful looking rocks, but essentially all minerals are super healing as that is basically all the human is made up of and requires!
Vitamins = vita / mins
vita = vital & mins = minerals! Vital Minerals! :)
Each mineral and crystal has its own unique purposes and healing characteristics, and comes into our lives for specific reasons! <3

Pyrite is a beautiful stone! Lovely picture of the piece you got, and glad to see you carrying it with you! <3

"Pyrite is a very protective stone, shielding the user from negative energy of all kinds. Pyrite blocks energy leaks and mends auric tears. Carry Pyrite in your pocket to protect you from both environmental pollution and physical danger. Pyrite also promotes good physical health and emotional well-being."

Again thanks for sharing your knowledge. I don't have much knowledge yet about crystals and stones and minerals but when my girlfriend saw I had a rock from a river that I have kept for more than 10 years when I was a boy scout she thought I was going to definitively love/keep it. Wish you lots of health and prosperity my friend.

Grateful you can appreciate! :)
You clearly have an untapped connection to them already!
Thank you for the positive wishes! <3
May all be divine for you as well @neri0x!
