The only argument against air power vehicles is that the majority of methods of filling the air compressor is quite wasteful.
If you used a small windmill to charge the tank of the compressor, this vehicle could go to work and back, then recharge without using any additional power.
Totally agree on that.
However, windmill can't make enough power to fill up the tank since the speed of the vehicle isn't enough to turn the windmill at adequate speeds.
We could also utilise solar power to run an air compressor which is fixed on the vehicle to maintain air pressure in the tank.
There's a lot of scope for improvement on this one!
I meant have the windmill at home, to charge a fixed tank all day and night. Like a gas station, but with air. :-)
