Hope everyone has had an awesome day!

Here’s what I’ve been doing..

I’ve been reading and studying in order to prepare for a sermon I am giving tonight! The reason that I’m telling you this is because I thought I could apply some of what I have learned in preparing for this message.

First things first..

  1. If you are a Christian, that’s awesome!
  2. If you aren’t this can still apply to you!
  3. I understand that Steemit hosts a plethora of beliefs and I know that some of you have other beliefs. I guess what I’m asking is for you to lend me your ear (or eyes) to understand me. I would definatley do the same for you!

With the New Year comes a self evaluation of how we did in 2017 and what we want to change about ourselves for 2018.

My personal challenge has been to adopt the attitude of Paul. Paul has a pretty crazy story in the New Testament and his radical conversion changed the world for sure! However, I want to talk about when Paul was arrested. Paul waltzed up in to a Jewish temple and starts proclaiming the Gospel to these Jews. He wasn't nervous or scared he just started talking about the Jesus that saved him.

Okay so what happened next? Well the Jews drag him outside and start beating the crap out of him and were planning on killing him. Well the Roman Baird’s break it up and arrest him and the start asking what happened.

Every started yelling and they couldn’t really hear anything they were saying so they just took him to jail.
While in jail Paul asked to speak them and they realized that he spoke there language and were surprised. They though he was an Egyptian assasin!! 😂 (what)

Well they still kept him in prison so what does Paul do?
He starts preaching and converting the prison guards. He didn’t care about his situation he just focused on his desire to tell people about Jesus.

Well Hunter, what does this have to do with me?

What do you desire to do?

Is it earn a ton of crypto?
Grow closer with God?
Become a better husband or father

Let your desire fuel what your passion is and run with it!
