Among the issues that need to be highlighted from the behavior of some Muslims when Ramadan arrives is laziness to move during the day with the excuse of being fast because it is fasting.

They prefer to multiply sleep under the pretext of sleeping fasting people is worship.

Whereas, the common religious argument used by such people is a false hadith which is often based on Rasulullah SAW, "The sleep of fasting people is worship" (naumu al-shaim ibadah).

On the basis of a false hadith they reply to criticism of those who try to advise them not to multiply sleep when fasting in Ramadan.

Rasulullah SAW as the best human, as well as closest to Allah SWT, very know the virtue of Ramadan.

Therefore, during his life he never wasted time in the month of Ramadan is full of blessings by lazing or sleeping, either during the day, or at night.

He understands very well that the time of the month of Ramadan is filled with abundant blessings, therefore he always uses the time in the month of Ramadan both day and night, to increase the capacity of good deeds as servants of Allah SWT.

In fact, if in the months other than Ramadan he is known with a very enthusiastic person to do good.

No doubt, in the month of Ramadan the activity of his kindness increased so many times, and he did not laze even though he fasted, as mentioned by al-Hafnawi in his book entitled "Al-Rasul sallallaahu alaih Wa Sallama Fi Ramadan"

Rasulullah SAW also once said, people who found the month of Ramadan, but did not use it to multiply the good and minimize the ugliness, so that did not succeed in getting Allah's forgiveness and His mercy on that month is a loser.

As reported by Amar bin Yasir that one day the Prophet rose to the pulpit and said "amen, amen, amin" three times, then he said,

"The one who finds his parents, or one of them, but does not achieve Allah's forgiveness, then Allah SWT away from him, say," Amen "; then, the person who found the month of Ramadan, however, failed to achieve Allah's forgiveness, SWT will move away from him, say: "Amen", then, the person whose name I called nearby, but he did not pray to me, then Allah will move away from him, say: "Amen". (HR Bazzar)

The Hadith, although it is weak, has a warning substance that can be taken for those who prefer lazing during the day of Ramadan.

Especially in the warning for someone who found the month of Ramadan, but did not make good use of it so he did not succeed in reaching Allah's forgiveness when the month of Ramadan ends.

Then if we look through the historical approach in the life of Rasulullah SAW especially in the month of Ramadan, many great events occurred during the day of the moon, among them, Badr War al-Kubro, and the liberation of Mecca city.

From the great events that took place during the day of Ramadan in the time of Prophet Muhammad, we can know that he always fills the noon of Ramadan with activities that benefit the people, and not feel weak and lazy.

With these lessons, hopefully we can imitate him to always use the time in the month of Ramadan, with positive activities, and not even lazing on the pretext of fasting, especially if to assume that his sleeping fasting people are better than their activities.
