How do you spice up your everyday routine?

I believe most of the people have a 9 to 6 job. Everyday you struggle to get up in the morning, you force yourself to step into the shower to get a fresh start of your day, brush your teeth, change into something suitable for work, brush your hair, put on makeup and put on a smile, and you are good to go! Wait for the bus, sit in the traffic, read some blogs, or write some blogs, check work emails or be a rebel, take a nap. When you are at work, you pour yourself a cup of coffee, sometimes when you want to treat yourself, you go to your favourite coffee shop and ask for Hojicha latte, and then you finally settle down at your desk, reading all the emails sent to you when you were in dreamland. Have another sip of your Hojicha latte and you are tackling all the tasks laying in front of you, phone calls, catch-ups, managers, everyone wants a bit of you. You smile, you nod, you try your best to be polite and be social, make sure everyone is being taking care of, but deep inside your mind, you are thinking when is lunchtime.

Half day passed. Answering more emails, setting up more calls, booking more trips, and a few washroom breaks. 6 o’clock, times up! It’s a big moment! What should you do now?

Do you go home, or go to gym? Or you ask your friends to come out for drinks and dinner, and then you realize you don’t really want to spend money on overpriced drinks and food, let alone the unnecessary calories. How about getting your nails or lashes done? Or go shopping or a well deserved massage? Hmm… nah… I rather have a few more bucks in my bank because inflation is pretty crazy…. You end up going home, watching TV shows that does not make any sense.

Day by day, week by week, month by month, 365 days has gone. You look back and realize you did not do much… Well, I went to work, and went home, went to the gym too…

Now, tell me how would you make your everyday more memorable and more eventful?!
