At some point in our lives, we tend to get caught up in a seemingly endless sequence of identical days, which may not be so bad for everyone, but it is when they are hours and hours of time badly spent on activities that add nothing of value to our lives, doing things we are not passionate about, surrounding ourselves with people who do not lead us in the best direction and creating bad habits.

In spite of the great times we are currently living in most parts of the world, human beings still suffer from certain misfortunes, which in my opinion, are inevitable, and many times do not correspond or depend on reality, they are the tapestry of the walls of our internal world, and many times. solve such problems, change such perspectives; it is a matter that goes beyond simply reading a self-help book, motivating ourselves, telling us positive things over and over again, etc.

After all, suffering, pain, and all the bad things, are a fundamental part of the structure of reality; to live in a world in the image and likeness of that place we imagine to be perfect and ideal, would in itself be unjust, since it would be an imposition on the world that others want to inhabit... and I would dare to say that deep down no human being is capable of formulating a perfect reality, because deep down we are not capable of knowing in depth what we really want, because it is a very complex phenomenon that crosses the barriers of our perception, What we think we want for our lives is just a small light that slips into a cold, dark room, and each consecutive step in search of that ideal world is equivalent to tearing the walls down so that more light enters, in effect, we are able to tear the walls down, but we will never be able to measure the amount of light or know exactly what is outside.

We are finite beings, and it is in the recognition of that finitude that our greatness lies, in understanding our limits and working within them to expand them, it is to understand that everything has an end, that we are only in this world for a limited and uncertain period of time, and we must make every moment valuable.

In short, each one carries his own cross, and in the end, what to do with that cross is an individual decision, it is something that no one else can do for us, cooperation is fundamental, but every good life as a couple, family, community and society is the result of an optimal relationship with ourselves.
