Finally the hard paid off, the view is really stunning.

Amazing scenery there. Would love to go there sometime!

I quite believe it! The achievement at the end is absolutely amazing. If you're still in Austria, check out Stubaital. Will definitely take your breath away. I've been hiking there for 8hours to the peak and I never feel more amazing than that looking at the view.

This was captured last year. Do you life in Austria? If so, your country is beautiful

Unfortunately not, I lived in Munich where I get to travel to Austria frequently for hiking. It's just 3 hours drive from Munich to Austria as it's very close to the border.

I am just counting down the days until I return...Can't Wait!!! hahaha

Anyway, I am a travel and food blogger. Check me out if you would :D @explorernations

Ah I see, yes Munich is quite close to Austria. When will you return?

I am scared to look at your blog as I am hungry and would really like to travel ;p

Amazing detail, well worth the hike to obtain advantage point for a photography shoot like this @juliank

I agree, especially because I was standing at the bottom first and was thinking like the view must be great from up there. So to get there after a super long hike spread over 2 days is quite satisfying

Another awesome shot from my beloved homecountry :)
Do you remember the route you went or how the mountain was called?

I am the type of guy who just rides up to a mountain and is like, this looks like fun. So not really, but I remember it was close to Stockenboi

Sounds like a great attitude ;)
Any plans on visiting Austria soon again? I would sure be up to a hike (or more) with a fellow steemian! And you bet I know some nice places here - Some of them actually got shown in my blog!

It definitely makes for some great adventures as you have no idea what you are getting into. Also every time you learn and are more prepared ;p

When does the hiking season open? I will probably die during the Winter in Austria. I will be travelling to Greece somewhere near spring next year, and from there go to Istanbul, Iran en then India. Will be exploring Asia for several years.

I would not mind to do some more hikes before leaving Europe for a long time

Welcome to my home country! Very cool to see a photo from Austria here!

That explains where you get your inspiration from, your country is beautiful. Almost as beautiful as Switzerland ;p

It seems so beautiful on the picture.

It is also beautiful in real life ;)

10 hours? wow!
It's worth it though!
Nice shot!
Thanks for sharing this and your passion in photography!

I was carrying a >15 kg backpack so my speed was not that high. I also slept on the mountain on the way up. You are welcome, glad you liked it ;)

what a great experience indeed.
You're most welcome

Worth much more, think about at many who will never see such a beauty and will not breathe that air!

So true, I have learned to appreciate fresh air a lot more after visiting Beijing

Definitely worth it! Thanks for sharing!

Glad you liked it :D
