Contacting the Colocrossing for System Checks on api2.justyy.com

The api2.justyy.com (also the seed node) is running on colocrossing dedicated server. Given the fact that it crashed a few times in the past few months, I am contacting their support:

Hello,
I have ran a steemd service on XXXX however in the past few months, there were several crashes.
It just died with "Unexpected EOF" error. I also have another server with you but it doesn't have this problem.
I was told by one friend (I referred him) and he had the same problem. He said he contacted you and you did a check and things work out fine when harddisk is replaced. Would you do the same?
