Removing the TronFAQ Sentences Match Feature

Recently I 've been experimenting with different ML models to compute the similarity of two sentences which is used to find matched question/answer in the FAQ dataset

It turns out this isn't going to work well - as it is very sensitive to the chosen model, and the un-related question may match.

Therefore, I've decided to shut down the feature for now - and in the meantime you can ask question to the Bot using "!ask" command - which will trigger ChatGPT API
