Food diary: Fried whiting fish, french fries, pork Bánh mì, lychee bubble tea, vanilla wafer stick, chocolate covered almond, chocolate frozen yogurt, and a bite of tuna sandwich. Consumed between 1:15pm-12:45am.
Duration of fast since last meal prior: ~16 hours (Ongoing) (As of the time of this writing, 5:05 pm, February 18)
Sunday dinner is a family tradition, so I will not be able to continue the fast through the entire day.
