Bottled - Message in a Bottle

I wanted to take the time and talk about this app called Bottled. I recently installed this on my android device cause the concept of it looked fun and very easy to use.

So it goes like this....You make an account (anonymously with just a nickname). As soon when its done you'll find your little avatar sitting on a little island with empty bottles in your inventory.

And very soon you'll see a bottle or a chest stranded on your little beach. Now the fun about this is that you can write a message with whatever you want and put it in a bottle and trow it in the virtual ocean. Very soon it will tell you what country it reached and that random person who finds your bottle stranded at their own little island can decide to keep the message or read it and trow it back so it can reach another person. When they decide to keep it then they can start to message you.

The fun about this , is that you can randomly chat with a person from a random country where your bottle ends up.
whenever you want a chat , maybe a heads up from a stranger , or whatever you wanne share. Alot of people are afraid to express their feelings in real life to eachother or tell what is on their mind. I think talking to a stranger who you will most likely never meet in your life can be a great listening ear sometimes.

Or simply share a photo and see how many countries it can reach!!

Keep in mind you can get banned for bad behavior in messages or photos! Also be aware of the age of the person you are talking to when you set it on +18 because the age system seems not to be working 100%

The things you can do

• Send a letter to someone somewhere in the world.
• Chat with people from all around the world whom you have intrigued with your Bottled message
• Keep your favorite Bottled messages and chat messages within your personal treasure chest
• Follow the journey of your Bottles in real time
• Answer quizzes from the Cheeky Captain to test your knowledge of the world

The things i hope they will fix

• The age sytem as i noticed you still recieve messages of people under 18 eventhough you select +18 only.
• A bit more interaction with your own island (set some decoration with the reputation points you earn).

I am using this app now for 2 days and i must say it is a joy , it makes you feel connected to the world.
Maybe you will find an amazing friend in a bottle ;)
