It is learned from the case that on May 30, 2012, Surin Ali and Zakir Hossain, an ambulatory patient, of Aminul Islam, were treated in a clinic in a local clinic. They did the surgery in the second phase without reducing the pain of the patient.

Yet, due to pain, Aminul was diagnosed with rheumatologist Debashish Datta of Apollo Hospital in Calcutta. Then there is a needle found.

Aminul's mother Delawara Begum complained against two doctors returning home. The court directed the OC of Panchlaish Police Station to take it as a case. The police station Sub-Inspector Rahul Amin submitted charge sheets against the two doctors on 30 May 2013. On June 3 of the same year, the judge ordered the cancellation of bail of Suramani Ali and sent him to jail.

From the following day, the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) and Chittagong doctors declared indefinitely closure at private and privately run clinics. After two days, on 6th June, the court ordered Surman Ali to get bail after the strike withdrew the strike.

On Aug 27, 2014, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court Judge Mashiur Rahman Chowdhury exempted Surman Ali and Zakir Hossain, after hearing the charges in the case.

Earlier, the date of hearing of the case was postponed in nine rounds on the plea of ​​the accused.
