You should @marcstevens.
If you learn the questions to ask you have a get out of jail free card,...

Thanks for the advice, but I disagree. Can you give me one example? Of which certain question I should have ask?
IF they got evidence against you...They will keep you locked up..
In The Netherlands they can arrest just without evidence After 6 hours they have to pay if it turns out you are innocent...
Did you read the whole story..I was alllready out of jail in a few hours..

Man, ya'lls bullies got it a lot tougher than ours.
Here, in the united snakes, if the cop says you did it, you did it.
If you don't have money the shortest time you will stay in jail is 30 days, and if you can't talk your way out at that hearing it is likely to be 60 more days, even before the evidence is presented to a judge.

The way out of this trap is to ask what evidence the cop has presented to support his claim of jurisdiction over you.

If I write down my rules and form a armed gang to make you comply wouldn't you like to know how you came to be subservient to my will?

The same holds true for 'the gov't', what makes them supreme over me?

Consent of the governed?
I just challenged that, prove that I consented.

Those that rule us by force are illegitimate, and they can't prove that they are not.
All they have is a logical fallacy, appeal to the stick, and/or, tradition.

Wow, 30 days.. those nazis would be jalous. My case didn't even made a judge. They were really try to bully me if you ask me. So much money and effort wasted, and the thief was still free.

"Man, ya'lls bullies got it a lot tougher than ours"

Exactly

30 days is just getting started, unless you @marcstevens, you are done.
It's all over but the paperwork, fines and time.
You will not be found not guilty if you accept a lawyer.
You will not do anything but go to jail, the lawyer's job is to get you to take the deal.

It really is bad here.

Exchellent post!!
