New Year's Resolutions: a myth or a reality?
New Year's Eve is always the best time to promise to change some things of our daily life we are not so proud of. At least one or two things you’d rather do differently will definitely come to mind. Christmas is the perfect time for wonder and improvement. I’ve always thought the best thing we can possibly do is keep learning and bettering ourselves in order to become the best version of ourselves.

This doesn’t mean we have to overload ourselves with work or swim in lettuce… On the contrary, is all about achievable goals and reasonable objectives. Balance is key for everything. I am going to share my New Year's Resolutions. Let’s hope you find them interesting and reasonable.

I’d like to share a Saturday Night Live sketch that I found truly funny at the time. The writers are geniuses and Drake does a very accurate performance of what can happen if our resolutions are way too ambitious. Comment if you liked this post or this video!! I know I love this video :)
