"But the foundation of God is firm, bearing this seal: The Lord knows those who are his; and: Let all who call on the name of Christ depart from iniquity. But in a large house, there are not only utensils of gold and of silver, but also of wood and clay, and some are for honorable uses, and others for vile uses. work."

2 Timothy 2: 19-21

Beloved, the Lord not only saved you, but wants to make vessels of honor useful to you.
To become those vessels of honor, one must endure the process, which is painful.
And many give up when they are transformed by the Lord.
Therefore, many are called, but few are chosen.
Salvation and everything that follows after it is always pure and exclusive of God.
Everything is by Grace.
What did we do for Him to choose us or save us? None of us deserved anything.
What merit did we have to call us?
None.
So, we must appreciate that salvation, and the call of God for our life, which is the purpose for which He gave us birth.
He knows us, and therefore we must separate ourselves from all corruption; which is sin, the lust of the flesh if we really invoke Jesus.
To become vessels of gold or silver is the goal of being honorable, wooden or earthen vessels only for common and wasted use.
So let us sanctify ourselves and be useful to every good work.

God bless you and lead you to be that honorable vessel.
