Trip to Ukraine: Post-apocalyptic "Russia" in the center of Zaporozhye

Restaurant "Russia" was opened on March 8, 1974. It was built by Ukrtorstroy above the Aluminum beam. Giant construction of reinforced concrete was tiled. In the restaurant "Russia" - 2 dining rooms with 400 seats, a banquet hall, 3 bars.

In the 70s, the restaurant is experiencing golden times: there are not enough places for everyone who wants to get to "Russia". The local bars serve a cocktail "Golden Ball" mixed with champagne and cognac.

(1980)

As a restaurant, "Russia" worked until the end of 1992. The local audience for some reason did not recognize the restaurant as a "cool pub", despite the good location in the center of the city, in the urban park.

Now it is destroyed and looks like this. Empty floors, reminiscent of post-apocalypse.
