Some people say up to 10 cups is ideal but if you’re concerned about spending a lot of time in the bathroom you can add a green tea supplement to your diet.

Green tea contains tannins which can decrease the absorption of iron and folic acids. If you’re pregnant or trying to conceive green tea may be less than ideal.
