Sleeping Position Meaning

in #blog3 years ago

The position you sleep in is said to provide insight into where you live, your age and even your profession.
I somehow find it difficult to believe that "where you live" or even your "profession" is possible to establish by seeing your sleeping position.
But the more I think about it.. I guess there are certain things that may lead us to sleep in a certain position but I think this would only effect our sleep if it's a big part of our life.

It's said 36% of people sleep on their left side each night, making it the most popular position, your said to be likely to be working in marketing, advertising, local authority or in healthcare.

For "Right sleepers" it's said 34% of people sleep on their right-hand side, making it the second most popular position,
righties are said to work in transport or manufacturing.

Around 12% of people sleep on their fronts each night and they tend to work in the agricultural and fishing industries.

Finally only 8% of people sleep in this position, making it the fifth most popular one, and it's been reported to be the highest percentage of any other group when it came to waking up feeling refreshed and well-rested, this is the "back sleeper" postion.
The back sleeper is said to be likely working in either transport and logistics.
