So now I have started writing about the APP idea I just might need to write more.
People over money
End the control systems or brainwashing, we just do not need them or it.
questions that need to be asked;
Why does everything need to be controlled? Or are you so brainwashed to think it is still nessasary?
Story:
My sister works as a teacher. This school system is government funded and there of course is a need for control over of all these rotten teachers. Because the control system tells them one thing and that is that teachers are not trusted to do their jobs without filling in check lists. The administration for a teacher now is 8 to 10 hours a week. they need to do this after school is closed. But what are these lists telling the board of this school? Please note that this has absolutely nothing to do with the state or wellbeing or education of the students. That administration is a side from this. It was planning your classes every day and making sure you tick the boxes of the compulsory stuff you will do, writing reports on how you would like to develop your carrier (even if you just want to be a teacher...), I think it even was asked where to save costs or become more profiting? She received targets like she was supposed to sell something?
My story is about the same ... ticking boxes so you cover someone else’s ass. Like the teachers, fire fithers, docters and nurses, the global corporation employee is going through the same nonsense.
Hire me or fire me, is what my colleague once said. It sticked. (actively looking ;-)

Another control system I do not understand. do you?
Paying the government for a certificate of good conduct. Than government making it compulsory to have this document, freshly dated, for every job or volunteering job you work? Why this control? Who's ass is being covered with this? And why is this nessesary? Do you think a pedophile will not get the same note as you? A registered pedophile will not get the document indeed. But still, the document only says that you do not have a criminal record. Where has the trust gone? What is the percentage of people having a criminal record anyways and are these records always so bad you cannot be of help to anyone anymore? I looked for an acurate percentage online for the Netherlands but could not find anything that made sence. I found it would be 20 or 10 percent. Seems very high to me and cannot beleive this is true if I just look around in my life and the people I know. That would be 1 in 5 or 1 in 10 people? And what is a governmental document saying about the trustworthyness of this person holding this freshly printed document they just payed for?
It remains a useless and very expensive compulsory document in my opinion.
