8 Habits

We all have some sort of goals in life, whether it is to have a Successful Career, Travel the World or become for Healthy and Fit. Here are some helpful 8's that will give you some inspirations.

1. Reading

It is proven that reading can lead you to success. Most successful people enjoy reading, a Law Book, Harry Potter Series or etc. So it is not just reading; it is enjoying what you read. You will always learn new things and your imagination will increase. Your vocabulary will also increase. This will help your mind to expand. If you can see in your minds eye what your reading. Your on your way to success.

2. Wake up early

I was taught from a young age that success comes to those who wake up early. "Get up early and run!" my grandma would say. But its not only a Navajo Cultural tradition, it known that when you wake up early you have time to do more things. Appreciate your time! Wake up early and don't complain, just do what you need to do and then you'll have time for everything else. It can become a routine and you'll see that you'll be more active and energetic through time.

3. Let Frustration/Stress go

It's sometimes hard to stay positive. Letting your frustration out on people isn't good, try changing your attitude. Your attitude is the thoughts in your head. And it reflects your mood as a person on the outside. Let your frustration out with either excising or just going for a walk without your phone in your hand. Look at our surrounds and take in the calmness.

4. Sleep well

Going to sleep early will give you more energy for the morning to do what you have to do, feel comfort in your bed, sleep well. You need energy to achieve your goals. After a few nights of sleeping well, you will notice the difference. Your mind will be more clear and you'll be more active. A clear rested mind will help in the long run for sure.

5. Eat well

Eat well! There is not much to tell. Paying attention to what your eating, expecially healthy food. My mother says that what you eat will effect your mood for the next few hours. If you eat something good, you'll feel happy. If you ate nothing but sugary junk food, you'll have your mood ruined as your sugar level is raised high. Eating well helps you in everything in life. You'll feel energize, more active, more attentive.

6. Being Grateful

As you live, there might be something that will force you to look at everything differently. Maybe you lost something special to you but another thing was given to you after. There might be an all-giving power out there in the beyond. You were given life, it sustains you every second of everyday. It fills your future with infinite possibilities. Think about all that you have now, maybe your over come with a deep feeling and why you're grateful you have it. That will rise you out of your little black cloud and get you flowing. Stay humble.

7. Challenge yourself

Don't go always for the easy path. If you don't challenge yourself you won't know how far can you go. Always try new things, learn new things, even if it is hard. After that, when you found yourself in any situation, it will be really easy because you already deal with a that situation.

8. Live day by day

Don't live waiting for Friday. Live day by day, minute by minute. Enjoy every second and take advantage of them. If you want to do something, do it now.
