I Love Trash
Found this vintage horn in the trash...

I wife used to get upset when I would walk slower near trash cans and peak inside until she started seeing me pull valuable things out and sell them on ebay. Now when I want to buy something she tells me....
"You should look in the trash"
I have created a trash monster but little does she know I have been shopping for her Christmas Presents for a few years in the trash

Oh no, bring it back to life. I rescue orphaned instruments, unwanted from dusty walls, never from trash though, what the hell!! Poor baby
I was so happy, gave her a bath ...polished her...played her for a month and found it a proper home, she was very happy....i will post some other found instruments next :)
Awwww I'm so happy she had a second chance. I really have collected a few instruments so far, some of my listeners bring me their non used instruments to the concerts because I always say I like to rescue them...:) Still I would never conceive such thing in the thrash, breaks my heart, same as books, it's a no no... glad of the rescue!
I am just glad I was there at the right moment to rescue each and every one of them... I feel I was put there by providence ..I would feel really good to rehome one to you :) Maybe someday I will.
hahah you never know... Oh now that I think of it I need to make a little tour of my collection of instruments... it would make a nice post I think :)

I love finding old instruments! one time a friend scared the crap out of me and found a "Stradavarius" but it was from Czech and Strad was from Cremona lololol

Thank you, I do what I can to save any abandoned instruments and give them a safe and "sound" home.
This horn like here in our country people horn it on marriages very badly and loud
