The POWER of the Word NO

Have you ever found yourself saying "yes" to everything?

When people constantly ask of your time, energy draining relationships, obligations, attention grabbers, focus stealers, etc. It can come to the point where you just want to shut them all down and say NO.

All day, everyday things are trying to steal our attention. Social media, texts, tv, friends, family, celebrity gossip, news stations, the newest fads, billboards, commercials, etc.

It is your responsibility to start saying "no" to things that are hurting you, lowering your standards, creating limiting beliefs that slow you down, and energy draining relationships that are sucking the life out of you.

The word "no" is small, but it can be very impactful on your life.

It can contains power.

It can set boundaries and help you focus your time and attention to things you would love to say "yes" to but never have the time.

"No" is not a negative word. Saying "no" does not make you selfish. "No" can liberate you and take back your time.

Time is one of the most valuable currencies on earth.

You must realize that YOU are in charge of the things you say "yes" or "no" to. Using the word "no" can free up your time to pursue the things that are important to YOU.

You should aim to have a short "yes" list and a long "no" list.

Saying "NO" often increases the value of the things that you say "YES" to.

Create a list of "NO". What will you no longer allow? What will you decide to no longer tolerate from yourself and others?
