Building Your Confidence, One of the Key Foundations of Success.
One of the most cliche things about success and becoming the person that you want to be is that everyone will tell you to become more confident as that can allow you to communicate with people more effectively, go to that meeting, go on stage and speak in front of people and do whatever it takes. And guess what , those people that told you that are correct. Confidence is one of the foundations of success, it is not the only variable that goes into being successful however it is one of the most important ones.
Being able to become more confident which everybody can do regardless of whether your introvert or not it just take more training for some people and will take a lot more hard work with some people who are not as naturally confident as others. However, if you can grow your confidence to a level which allows you to communicate with people and even from there communicate with large audiences I can guarantee you that you will do better in life.
Well, how do you grow your confidence then? Well, the way you grow your confidence is by doing the thing that makes you feel insecure or out of your comfort zone. This can be extremely scary depending on why is since no one who is naturally introvert would want to go and speak in front of a 500 person crowd, however if you can slowly baby step your way up and becoming more confident in doing things that you usually would not do you can slowly become much better and you will be able to do things that you never even imagined.
Exactly! Even if it sounds cliché, it's absolutely true. You have to work towards being the person that you want to be. Looking back at your past in regret isn't going to do anything. You need to enjoy being who you are and opportunities will come along the way.

Sounds good. Making baby steps to slowly take you out from your comfort zone is huge advice!
I also found that doing physical exercises are a great help! Have you felt that? Running, swimming or hitting the gym. After that no one can tell me that I have low confidence :)
Haham yes exercise has always and always will be a great way to keep your mental state at a high. It is one of the best ways.
