For online business owners, the greatest aim they could want is to attract customers on their website. This is often the first list on their wish list. There are many ways to boost the traffic of your website. I have written a few of them below:

a. Advertise you website. There are many types of advertising which you can do to attract visitors to your website. There is social media, videos and paid advertising. Plan how much your budget, the pros and cons and what are your objectives.

b. Be Sociable. Be proactive for people to find about your website. It's not enough that you provide interesting contents and hoping people might notice it. Use the social media as your advantage. In this way, you can promote your content without paying. Twitter is one of the ideal social media you can use for this.

c. Write Eye-catching Headlines. This is a very important part of a content. No matter how interesting and informative your content is, if people won't be curious about your headline, then it will go unnotice.

d. Use Long-Tail Keywords. Most of the web searches are from long-tail keywords. You can use this one as a part of your paid advertisement such as the on-page SEO.

e. Guest blogging on other blogger's sites. If you acquired a guest post on a well-known website, will eventually help boost the traffic of your site. Make sure to create something helpful and informative and do not look like its a SPAM.

Long-Tail keywords are my all time favorite. Actually my favorite thing to do in order to gather them is to use a broad match modifier on a short-tail keyword in Adwords, and then trickle in all the long-tailed search terms that result in conversions. The ROI is incredible
