"TO THE WEAK I BECAME AS WEAK, THAT I MIGHT WIN THE WEAK. I HAVE BECOME ALL THINGS TO ALL MEN, that I might by all means save some."
1 Corinthians 9:22 (NKJV)

Comment: A leader or minister would have to condescend himself or herself in order to access different classes of people, in order to reach them for Christ Jesus. Apostle Paul became everything to every person in order to reach out to them and draw them to Christ Jesus. At times a minister would need to shift ground, humble himself or herself, that he or she might reach the needed audience. At times, some sacrifices had to be made, in order to get or reach some people. If there is a need for such a thing to be done, to fulfill your assignment, do not hesitate to make the sacrifice or pay the price:

5 YOU MUST HAVE THE SAME ATTITUDE THAT CHRIST JESUS HAD. 6 THOUGH HE WAS GOD, HE DID NOT THINK OF EQUALITY WITH GOD AS SOMETHING TO CLING TO. 7 INSTEAD, HE GAVE UP HIS DIVINE PRIVILEGES; HE TOOK THE HUMBLE POSITION OF A SLAVE AND WAS BORN AS A HUMAN BEING. When he appeared in human form, 8 HE HUMBLED HIMSELF IN OBEDIENCE TO GOD AND DIED A CRIMINAL'S DEATH ON A CROSS. 9 THEREFORE, GOD ELEVATED HIM TO THE PLACE OF HIGHEST HONOUR AND GAVE HIM THE NAME ABOVE ALL OTHER NAMES, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 AND EVERY TONGUE DECLARE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER" (Philippians 2:5-11 NLT).
We could see in the above Bible passage that It was Jesus' humility that gave Him a name that is above all other names. Jesus did not think of His equality with God, He relinquished or laid-down the divine privileges He has; to die a shameful death which eventually led to His exaltation—He was given a name that is above all other names.
There is no name in heaven, on earth, and under the earth that could do what the name of Jesus Christ does. In Jesus' name; people are saved from the bondages of Sin, holds of sicknesses and oppressions of the devil are broken, and different challenges or problems of life are solved at the mention of Jesus' name. No other name could do that!
But how did Jesus get the name? Through humility and sacrifice, condescending, taken the position of a slave and being born as a man, and died a criminal death on the Cross (Philippians 2:7-9).
You, as a believer, are admonished to have Jesus' mind or attitude, because It is the only way through which you can be lifted (Philippians 2:5).
Peace.
