Yes and it's already happening... Interestingly, many people tend to get emotionally caught/triggered, as soon as market trends end and prices start to go in the opposite direction (maybe this is similar to what the Fear and Greed Indicator shows).
I see STEEM/BTC possibly breaking its very long lasting downtrend (the line I'm watching started at the high in 2016). May take a few weeks, but I think a weekly close in the current area would already be worth something.
