#HOW TO MAINTAIN BODY SHAPE (FAT BURN)

a fat body makes women insecure. and make it awry in doing something. therefore, maintaining your ideal body shape is important. but women don't have to torture themselves to go on a strict diet to get the ideal body shape.

The following are some techniques that must be applied in daily activities.

1. maintain a normal diet
You can still eat whatever you want, but not at the same time. You can often eat your favorite food, but it is done at different hours.

2. do a little small movements
to keep the body fit, of course we must always move. do any routine activities. don't be lazy to move!

3. drink plenty of mineral water
the body that is difficult to digest food will leave a collection of fat in the body. keep the body from being dehydrated. drink 8-9 glasses of mineral water every day.

4. do sports every week
if you are too busy to do sports every day. then you should do sports once a week. or if you really like sports. then just do 15 minutes every day.
