Life is truly about defeating oneself, which is fighting lust, subduing ego, failure, despair, pessimism, all that we have to defeat.

So when someone desperately wants to defeat someone else, that is the wrong way. But when you are patient and want to fight to be better, that's where you will be superior to it.

The person who must first be defeated is ourselves, not someone else.

And know, defeating other people is actually a very easy matter, just punch him, or whatever he wants, he will collapse. But, defeating yourself with full policy is we able?

Of course it's hard not, that's why being said to defeat others is easy, and defeating yourself is very difficult.

And if we are wise to explore more deeply, can we overcome ourselves with the utmost from feeling lazy, selfishness, and anger?
