Summary: Missing Internal Memo Recommending Action Against Ripple CEO C

The SEC is busy reviewing XRP. The first set of proposals was released last week, and the second set was released this week. Both batches had some interesting suggestions.

In my previous article, I discussed certain proposals that I found interesting as they demonstrated a lack of internal memos recommending action against Ripple. This time, I would like to highlight the lack of an internal memo recommending action against Ripple and another proposal showing CEO Brad Garlinghouse's involvement with XRP (see previous article).

The SEC has released two separate documents detailing its review of XRP. The first document contains proposals to clarify the rules and regulations pertaining to securities offerings in general and their application to XRP (and cryptocurrencies in particular). The second document covers proposals to amend these rules and regulations regarding the offering of crypto-specific securities such as XRP.

The first document contains a number of proposed explanations for the offering of securities.
