I finished my 3rd book in 2018! #52weeks52books challenge
Heeeey what's up guys?!
I just finished reading "Thinking fast and slow" by Daniel Kahneman as the third book in 2018 and wanted to tell you a little of the "52 weeks 52 books challenged" I participate in.
As the name suggests you're challenging yourself to read 52 books in one year.
Because i started a little late in mid January I'm a bit behind but right now we have semester break in Austria so I got plenty of time to read and will hopefully reach 5-6/52 until the end of February.
After finishing the amazing "Thinking fast and slow" which totally 360° my mind when it comes to intuitive judgement and my own faulty thinking , the current one I read is "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell.
The first one i read in 2018 was "Altered Traits" by Richard Davidson and David Goleman.
Altered traits give insight into the research that has been done around meditation and it's potential benefits.
I highly suggest you check out the book if you're interested in the topic or meditate yourself.
It's not a meditation instruction however, so if you want to learn how to meditate there are other and better sources.
Well I guess that's that for now. I will keep you updated on my progress in the 52 weeks 52 books challenge.
Take care and until soon,
- Devin
