i concurr, re-steembots should be used only on posts you really like yourself, or are at least satisfied with, the exposure might grow your circles but it will by no means get you ROI>0 (your money back or more) unless MAYBE you can get SO many votes from different services it pushes you up into hot and trending and THERE it goes viral ... thats a lot of maybes for a lot of steem, thats why you will often see the same people getting the same amounts (scale of amounts)
