Brain- A driver of our body

Brain- CPU of human body......Like we increase capacity of hardisk and RAM for smooth process of our computer, same is the case with our Brain. Our Brain control every single system of our body. your thinking process and how much you remember is completely depend on your brain. Its just like - Driver must be in his senses while he is driving a car or any vehicle. Senses in the sense he doesnot consume any alcohol, he slept well, had proper diet etc. Similarly our brain need while driving our body perfectly.

With Various ways we should keep on increse our brain prower. Now what are those ways thorugh which we can enhace the brain power.

  • Quit Smoking- If you want that your brain works in healthy mode, quite smoking asap. Smoking not only kills your lungs but do damage your brain also.
  • Liqour- Stop using liqour or reduce it drastically. ocassionally in very small qty you can have. Its always better to leave Smoking and Drinking habits to be fit ..Mentally as well as Physically..

  • Excercise- Morning walk or evening walk is must to keep your brain healthy. people who do lots of mental work at office don't do excerise. They think that their brain is working well but they are in illusion. Brain needs excerise and facts remain facts.
  • One can do brain excercise by remembering some thing . Like one can list down some names of cities or anythings and test their memory power by remembering them.
  • One can learn Music or music instruments. Music is the soul for our body. Its gives immense pleasure to mind. leaning music is the way to keep your brain healthy.
    -Cooking is another way to keep your senses on..senses like- Smell, taste etc.. Cooking helps you in keeping your mind busy and doing new experiments always helps your in strengthen your brain.
  • Eating habbits- Always have quality food rather than in Quantity.
  • Meditation- Best way to increase power of our brain. Do yoga and Meditation once in a weak.

    From the busy scehdule, spare some time for yourself and your body. Its our body which will take us from nowhere to somewhere.
