Why the brain tends to accumulate things faster from 4am-7am in the morning

in #braincells3 years ago

Usually students do talk a lot about how they learn things faster when they wake up to read from 4am in the morning. Most students fixed that particular time as their reading period rather than later during the day as production of brain cells decreases and the brain doesn't really work like it would in the afternoon. Reason being that the brain is in an aquisition mood and after a refreshing night sleep, the brain is open to accept any firm of information and sticks longer than usual. I've talked to some students and 90% confirmed that early morning study is the best time to study. Eat healthy, sleep well, drink your milk and energize with your brain cells by 4am😁
