“TOP” = Transparent & Open Posting. "BRAINSTORMING"

We had a family POW WOW about Steemit and we came to a number of conclusions, which we called our "Resolutions", because they to us are in fact resolutions, because they are decisions that confirm our decision to make something of this opportunity that is being offered here.

Since then in accordance with this item of the above listed Resolutions:

"4 - Investing and Profit Sharing.

As there is a profit making opportunity here we have decided that we need to make a profit sharing module by which others can make money too.
Not just the curation & author rewards, but we intend to go the extra mile, give that little bit extra from and of ourselves so that every cent, every dollar gets turned over more than once and that more people get to enjoy some of the profits that are being turned over.
We need to take the same approach as far as our investing goes. Any and all direct cash investments need to be done in a manner that ensures the utmost is achieved with those funds and we by no means are limiting this to “best exchange rates”......."

We have decided to award people, especially Minnows with an opportunity to make a few quid extra doing what they are doing, using the tools available to them here on Steemit.

Whereby we offer a bonus for resteeming our posts.

This initiative was aimed at giving Minnows who are looking to make a few bob extra the option to do so. Especially after seeing all the "spam" comments flying around, hunting the extra cent or two. so this gives an alternative that is fully legitimate.

HOWEVER....

We do not want to stop there.

This isn't the entire scope of the statement of work (SOW) that can be derived from item 4 of our resolutions.

Once again, making ref to our Resolutions, with the term "TOP":

"3 - “TOP” = Transparent & Open Posting, shall be our approach here on Steemit."

I am here posting this open topic with which I am openly and transparently asking for suggestions, ideas to help us go the extra mile.

I do not necessarily expect solutions to be given outright, but if there is any discussion on the topic it could help turn on that little light bulb above our heads as to some more proactive and constructive projects or offers.

Likewise it could give someone else out there the initiative to go out and do something similar, something that helps spread the wealth, to help promote the idea that "money" can be used "xyz" times rather than just once and in doing so can help spread the wealth and make this entire project even stronger. Because the fact remains, the more people with Steem Power the better this site shall be and the stronger our currency shall be.

I state "OUR CURRENCY", AS WE ARE ALL A PART OF IT, IT IS OURS JUST AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE'S!

So, here it is, we are open to suggestions and ideas via an open and transparent discussion.

Nothing behind "closed doors" as the old saying goes!
