Well, it also shows some lack of experience on behalf of the team. Binance is a serious company now and there isn't much room for error. New exchanges are popping out every day and newbies might get discouraged after seeing even the slightest bit of negativity about an exchange--> after all they are depositing money there

Now, on the other hand I would like to say that I use Binance and that they are very trustworthy and have great customer support. Also, they constantly bring new things to the table. All in all, a great company.
