From September 27 to November 4, I expect the Bitcoin rate to rise. The chart shows that the price on November 4 will be higher than the price on September 27. But this does not deny that during this period the price may fall lower than on September 27.

In the highlighted "red square" you can see that over the last 13 years (9 times out of 13) the price of Bitcoin has risen during this period. Probability 69%.
