BTER WITHDRAW ISSUE

So i tried withdrawing SNT from Bter and they sent the transaction after 5 hours only problem is no tokens were transferred in that transaction where as when i used shapeshift to do it the token transfer was there from 1st confirmation where as no token transfer from bter transaction i am leaving both transactions here with screenshots hoping someone would make me understand what and how this happened and how

i rcvd shapeshift and i did that because someone told me maybe its a swap issue and sending a proper transaction would fix it but i doubt its any of it
