Hello friends! I'm @drcypto1 from #pakistan and I warmly welcome all of you to my post. I hope that you all will be fine and will be enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to participate in the steemit engagement challenge season 20 week 1 and the teachers of this topic are @aviral1 and @dove11. The topic is very interesting "My business ideas". Let's start the topic;

Are you planning to start a business or already in business?

Already I'm in a business since last 4 years. My field is related to electronics and I'm doing this technical work considering it is as my passion. Ofcourse every work become easy when we do it with zeal. When I was started my business of electronics, I had no any customers and in the first 1 year it run very slowly. I worked very hard and complete all the complaints of my customers and alhamdulillah now my business has expended so much and I have numbers of customers who call me for solve the problems related to electronics machines like ACs, freezers etc.

Starting any business without investment or without the help of any other make the business to run slow, the same condition was mine in the bigening. I started my without much credits and faced many problems. But with working day and night, considering my work as my passion I control all the problems related to my business and now it is running smoothly. My next project is to expand my business more and keeping all the electronics parts in my lab so that it may not be purchased from the market when I need it in any complain.

Friends in the early age I skipped my study due to financial crisis and started the work as an electrician. In four years I learned this skill from my teacher, till becoming an expert as electrion I work in the lab of my teacher. Beside this I did a diploma in this field and got a regular degree of electrion. Now when I'm doing my business I need this degree so much and by having certificate of electrion, I am working without any hesitation. Alhamdulillah my this business giving me a handsome income based on my work.

Keeping in mind that you can start your business alone or on a partnership basis, what is your idea of your business model?

When I started my business I faced many problems including financial problems. Another problem was publicity of my business and gaining popularity as an electrician. At that time my friend offered of partnership. He was also expert of electronics and was already in this field as he had more experience of this business as compared to me. He also offered some investment in the business. In the time when I was facing many problems I accepted his offered. When he became my partner I also get some relax as all the worries and responsibilities was shared on two persons mind.

After having a partner my business run smoothly and we both started to gain income from our business. We hired the workers and took their service in running our work. Another benefit of our partnership is that whenever one partner on the leave or go to any personal work another partner took all responsibilities and work with hired persons. In this way we took all the complaints of our customers and there's no chances of any loss.

Friends now this is the era of computer and electronics. Every machine from small to big has an electronic kit inside it. Definitely these machines get problems after consuming some specific time and for solving these problems an electronic expert is required. Due to modern technology our business is running smoothly and with the passage of time we expand it as we wish. Inshallah.

Keeping in mind partnership businesses have both advantages and disadvantages, what is your idea of your business model?

Indeed everything in this world come with both advantages and disadvantages. Partnership business also has both advantages and disadvantages. If we talk about its disadvantages first we can thought about disagreement of partners on single point, disputes, profit measurements and react on loss in business. And in benefits increase in capitals, expanding business and shared responsibilities are most prominent. Before starting any business we must think all aspects like advantages, profit, loss and how to handle if we face loss in the business. Wisely thinking on these strategies we can easily run our business even in partnership or single.

As I mentioned above I have already business and I'm running my business with my partner. By doing work with my partner I'm fully satisfied because we both partner are working honestly. As it is said that Honesty is the best policy. Same is in business mean if partners work honestly in their business definitely they can run their business smoothly and without any doubt. Hardwork is the key to success even in the business. Every matter required working to be done. By thinking wisely and by keeping all the measurements of the business in our mind we can grow our partnership business by hand and mouth.

You are in a business now and doing well; let's know what your plans are and what efforts you are making to expand your business for the long term. Will you do it on your own or hire professionals?

Starting any business is easy but main thing is that how to run this business and to grow it. After starting the business every person try it's best to be succeed in his business. As I write above that in the beginning I faced a lot of problems in my business but regularly working and using some useful strategies now I'm a successful person in my business. I'm running my business in Lahore city of Pakistan which is the most famous and big city of my country and now I'm working more for expanding my business. Inshallah in next six months I will open second branch of my business.

In my business I followed many useful strategies;

Time management: In the beginning I face the problem of shortage of time. I did not give time to all fulfill all the complaints of my customers. I understood that time management in important for running my business.

Publicity and advertisment: In the beginning of any business for making the business popular publicity in necessary. This play a crucial role in growing the business. Publicity can be done by posters and advertisments.

Discounts: First of all we should do our work properly and second for gaining the attention of people we should offer some discounts. This strategy will increase the strength of our customers.

Hiring workers: For completing all the complaints we should hire workers who can work properly. This will show that our business is going to expanding more.

By following these strategies we can run and grow our business very easily.

Conclusion

The key point of my discussion is that we should do some efforts for achieving something big in this life. Without struggling we can't get any success in life, that's why we should work hard honestly. Hopefully you will find my post somewhat informative.
