It was great to read G.Dearup's post and gained a lot of knowledge about experience, it's really good and worth believing that experience comes with age and not when we are children. Born with experience As time goes by, we interact with people, sit among people, observe their behavior, the same things start to develop in us when we reach our middle age. So we become quite mature and able to take our own decisions so age plays an important role in gaining experience but sometimes it happens that age is less but the situation is a great lesson.
