Hearty greetings fellow Steemians and friends. Hope you're all faring well in your individual businesses. I saw this engagement challenge and it's very interesting and worthwhile to participate as it gives more insight on business ideas and expansion. I have to join in making my contribution.

Nowadays the business environment is highly competitive. whether it is an offline or digital market, there should be an ability to act upon trending business ideas in order to break-even and succeed in the long term. As a growing entrepreneur trying to establish a presence.

I envision a scalable and sustainable goal in ensuring that customers satisfaction is my priority, pegging my business foundation in key market ideas to offer solutions leveraging on all the market composition. Nevertheless, opportunity and the challenge contain more in expanding the business above the starting point to break-even stage and to making it sustainable.

1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business

Definitely! currently I'm making plans to expand my offline garri business by taking it close to a marketable environment where I will get new customers. I intend renting a shop for storage and for showcasing my market to wider new customers. Before now I used to sell from home based on order but I came to realise that method incured more debts to my business.

Though the business is lucrative, I would have to wait for weeks to get my money back to restock. I need to expand the business for more profit and awareness of our product. I know this would require more running capital to take care of the business needs for now and other miscellaneous expenditures for the overall running cost.

I also have strategically put the neccessary things in place for this expansion and also map out the strategy to mitigate potential risk.

2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

I think I'm on the 2nd phase of launching it open. I have critically compiled an intensive business plan ensuring that no stone is left on turn. I have studied and understood the market dynamics, the customers buying behaviour and the method to operate. My strategy focuses on establishing a presence in the new market environment by making use of the business skills gained, striking a balance between growth and quality. I stick to quality delivery and excellent customer's service especially listening to complaints and giving positive response.

A better partnership with an already established ones in the business is crucial to get help where necessary, going online using my social media handles to advertise and promote my business and to be open to trending business information to update myself with more skills for growth. Another strategy is my value proposition, to offer my customers an additional value in product and service that satisfies thier needs. While remaining true to the business core values. Expansion sets the stage for continuous growth and success with focus on excellent customer service and quality product delivery.

3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

Absolutely, I take customer's service very seriously in my business. I listen to their complaints, comments and suggestions
I act promptly by responding to issues bothering with product handlings, baggaging, quality and quantity. For instance there are times the garri may have minor issues, I would change it immediately or make refunds where necessary.

My business mobile number is 24/7 for voice call and on WhatsApp or Instagram. I make immediate response to any problem raised by customers and ensure that I resolve the issue properly. I Provide customer's support and feedback mechanisms where customers express any dissatisfaction, make thier suggestions while harnessing all effort to meeting their needs.

4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers

To appease customers is not a simple task because no matter how hard you can try you can never please all the customers at same time , they must have one excuse or the other and in business customers are always right. We have this understanding of their buying behaviours, tastes and the purchasing power. We try our best to listen to them, respond to thier complaints and suggestions while stiving to satisfying their needs.

The foregoing outlined my business ideas, the model for expansion and growth, setting the path for sustainability and success.

Garri is a good business that requires good capital. I know how well you can do in business and I'm certain that you will be serious in handling everything that concerns this Garri business. Of course customers are not always satisfied but understanding their needs goes a long way to bring their mind to satisfaction. I wish you luck dear friend.
